Background
Wasatch & Coast was created to give agents administrative support that behaves like an operations function: documented, repeatable, and accountable. Sidney Stoker built the practice after working across business operations, finance, construction, home warranty, and real estate — environments where a missed document or an unconfirmed date has real consequences.
She holds a Master of Business Administration and a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, is a licensed real estate agent in both Utah and California — brokered by Fathom Realty — and is a C.A.R. TC certified transaction coordinator. She is a member of the Washington County and Orange County MLSs and of the National Association of REALTORS®. That combination shapes how files are run: the process is designed before the file arrives, and the communication is treated as part of the work rather than an interruption to it.
Strong transaction management requires more than organizing paperwork. It requires understanding workflows, knowing which party is responsible for which item, communicating before a date becomes a problem, and documenting what was requested and received. That is the standard every file is held to.
Transaction management is not filing paperwork. It is understanding workflows, communication, deadlines, and the administrative detail that holds a closing together.

How the firm works
Three commitments.
Administration is a professional discipline
A well-run file is the product of defined process: a checklist, a verified calendar, documented follow-up, and a record of every request. Coordination is not clerical improvisation, and it should not depend on which week of the month it is.
Communication is part of the deliverable
Agents should not have to ask where a file stands. Updates go out on a schedule, exceptions are raised immediately, and every request made to a third party is logged so the answer is never a guess.
Scope should be written down
Who handles what, which dates are tracked, how documents are shared, and what happens if a transaction cancels — all of it is agreed before the first file. Clarity at the start is what makes a busy month manageable.
Next step
Hand off the next file and see what a clean close feels like.
Tell us what you're closing next and we'll send a rate sheet and a short onboarding plan.
