1. Overview

Wasatch & Coast Transaction Coordination provides administrative transaction coordination services to real estate agents, brokers, and teams in Utah and California. This policy explains what information this website collects, why it is collected, and how it is handled.

This website is a business-to-business marketing site for real estate professionals. It is not directed at consumers purchasing real estate, and it is not intended for children.

2. Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to send through the forms on this site.

  • Contact requests: name, brokerage, email address, phone number, state, service interest, and message.
  • Transaction intake: agent and brokerage details, property address, representation, transaction type, service package, contract and closing dates, title or escrow company, lender contact, other authorized contacts, and any instructions you provide.
  • Technical basics: standard server information required to deliver and secure the site, such as request logs and error reports.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries and provide rate sheets or proposals.
  • To review and set up transaction coordination files you submit.
  • To coordinate with the parties you authorize on a transaction.
  • To maintain administrative records and prepare compliance files.
  • To protect the site against misuse and to improve how it works.

4. What we ask you not to send

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank account information, credit card numbers, or other sensitive personal information through the website forms. Transaction documents are requested after onboarding through e-signature and access-controlled storage.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with the parties needed to deliver the service you requested — for example, the title, escrow, lender, or other transaction participants you authorize — and with service providers that host the website, deliver email, or provide document storage on our behalf.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of the business, our clients, or others.

6. Retention and security

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain a business record. Transaction files are retained according to the requirements of the brokerage and state involved, and are then archived or deleted.

Access to transaction information is limited to authorized parties. Files are stored in access-controlled systems and shared through controlled links rather than loose email attachments. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site uses only the storage required to keep it working, such as session information for any signed-in area. We do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data. If analytics are enabled in the future, this policy will be updated to describe them and any choice available to you.

8. Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable period, subject to record-keeping obligations that may require us to retain certain transaction records.

9. Third-party links

This site may link to external resources. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the business or the site changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Questions about this page can be sent to closingswithsidney@gmail.com or raised by phone at (435) 632-2396.

This policy describes current practices for this website and does not create contractual obligations beyond those stated in a signed services agreement.
